Peggy Fledderjohn
Peggy Fledderjohn started her career as a legal secretary and worked for several of San Francisco’s most prestigious law firms. After the birth of her daughter, she continued working part time at different law firms and did freelance transcription. It was then that she realized she had a hidden talent for speed, accuracy and editing while transcribing.
In 1990 Peggy started her own transcription business. Since then PSF Transcription has successfully served such high profile clients as The Oprah Winfrey Show, Stanford University, UCSF, major advertising and PR firms including Ketchum and J. Walter Thompson, Fortune Magazine, Kaiser Permanente, numerous law firms, civic organizations and non-profits.
Peggy prides herself in saying, “PSF has never had a transcript returned for editing. We are dedicated to delivering secure, accurate transcripts, which is evidenced by our high rate of customer satisfaction.” She uses only U.S. based transcriptionists and has recently added a native Spanish-speaking transcriptionist to her staff, allowing PSF the capability of providing Spanish-to-English transcripts.
An avid hiker, Peggy spends her leisure time outdoors in the beautiful northern California countryside and coast. She is also a ranch guide at the Audubon Canyon Ranch at Bolinas Lagoon. A true adventurist at heart, she once sailed to Tahiti from San Francisco Bay on a small boat with a group of friends.
Peggy currently lives in Northern California and has just added a North Bay location to service clients from Santa Rosa north.
